Survivalism: Trauma First Aid and How To Treat a Gunshot Wound [VIDEO]

Here at The Crypto Vigilante (SUBSCRIBE), our entire mission is to teach people how to survive during and after the dollar collapse.

We’ve made a name for ourselves focusing on crypto-asset markets, but our community needs to understand and practice physical survival skills.

Our fearless leader Jeff Berwick speaks on health and wellness topics often. Still, when it comes to survivalism, there’s nothing more essential than knowing how to treat and protect the most vulnerable lives – physically wounded people.

Of course, with all the propaganda in the news lately, I should emphasize that we strongly support the natural right of all people to own firearms.

Zelko is the Co-Founder of RoninDojo, a company that builds tech to help anyone run a bitcoin node, focusing on privacy and self-custody.

However, at the Guns N’ Bitcoin event in Miami recently, Zelko, a former combat medic, spoke about trauma first aid, and I had the opportunity to sit down and learn with him backstage.

“We talk about how to take care of people, take care of your family, and protect each other, but what happens when you actually have to defend yourself, and you get shot?” asked Zelko. “What do you do when you actually have to take care of people? That’s what I bring to the table.”

In my discussion with Zelko, we covered everything from the many uses of first aid skills to the most vulnerable human body parts.

During our interview, Zelko shared some unique insights about his recommendations for medical kits, including first aid items everyone should have to be prepared.  We also talked about weight considerations and what not to have.

Keep in mind that the recommended resources shared in the video above could save your life or the life of someone you love.

Zelko even presented an incredible tourniquet demonstration showing how to stop a limb from bleeding out

Remember, anyone can be a hero by learning first aid and providing it when the time is necessary.

Pro tip: No one has ever regretted being prepared for an emergency.
